Noise

Effective January 1st, 2021

1. Be mindful of your neighbors. A good rule of thumb is to keep any noise within your property.

2. Remember that Seaview properties are small, your neighbors should not be a party to your cell phone or private conversations.

3. Outdoor speakers should not be used if the sound carries past your property.  Special event or party?  Ask your neighbors first.
