Bay Beach Park & Bay Swimming
Effective January 1st, 2021
Park is located at Baywalk and Laurel Walk and is for homeowners and their guests and renters in Good Standing.
Sign-in access is supervised.
Facilities include a “kiddie” pool with a lifeguard, a children’s playground, a basketball court, bay swim access with a floating raft (lifeguards on duty). Launch ramp for kayaks and canoes. The kayak and canoe rack is by application and a minimum fee to the Association.
Access to the bay for swimming is available at two walks in Seaview (Beachwald and Ivy walks) along the bay where steps are provided for residents and their guests. Swimming is at your own risk and no lifeguards are available at those steps. Swimmers are urged to use caution and not swim alone.
Boaters are not permitted to dock or travel near the Seaview bay steps.
