Motorized Vehicles

Effective January 1st, 2021

1. All motorized vehicles (both gas & electric) must have a Seaview permit to operate on our walks. Free medical permits are available for special needs Seaview residents upon their paying all that year’s respective service charges and fees. 

2. All vehicles must obey all posted traffic rules including a Town speed limit of 5 mph. All carts must obey all STOP signs and always be cautious at intersections.

3. Motorized bicycles, skateboards, wagons, hoverboards, etc. are not permitted at any time. 

4. Motorized cart permits may be obtained by emailing the Association at seaviewfeedback@gmail.com
