Effective January 1st, 2021
The Seaview beach is the private property of Seaview.
Food and beverages (other than water) are not permitted on the beach.
Volleyball and other organized sports should only be played in designated areas pre-approved by the Seaview Association.
Keep off the dunes, no matter what. If your frisbee is accidentally thrown there – you have lost it. Walking on the dunes is virtually a capital offense on Fire Island and may be a violation of the law.
Don’t litter, trash bins are located at the end of each walk at the crossover.
Please respect the peace and quiet of your fellow beachgoers by using headphones for your musical enjoyment.
Seaview security patrols the beach on weekends and holidays during the summer to help ensure proper behavior and adherence to the Seaview rules.
